Party Bus Rentals in Taylorsville: Search & Save
Partybussaltlakecity.com is not a bus company — and that's exactly why it works so well for you. It's a quote-comparison website that connects you with transportation options from a large network of independently owned companies serving Taylorsville, Salt Lake County, and all of northern Utah. Instead of spending an afternoon calling companies one by one, describing your trip from scratch each time, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up — you fill out one form and compare vehicles, packages, and prices side by side.
The network covers every vehicle type you'd need: Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos, party buses seating 15 to 50, minibuses, and full-size charter buses up to 56 passengers. No account required, no obligation, and pricing comes back in under 30 seconds online. Or call 385-230-6303 any time — a team is available every day of the year to walk you through the options and build a custom quote around your exact headcount, date, and itinerary.
That's the whole point: one call, one form, done.

Your Taylorsville Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Not every trip calls for the same setup — and the vehicles available through this network reflect that. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, and flat-panel TVs. Sprinter limos and Sprinter vans are a strong fit for smaller groups, with leather seating, individual USB charging, and tinted windows.
Charter buses built for longer runs — say, a full-day ski group transfer from Taylorsville up to Alta or Snowbird — bring overhead storage, reclining seats, climate control, and onboard restrooms, so nobody's asking for a pit stop on Wasatch Boulevard.
Amenities vary by specific vehicle, but comparing them is easy. Use the online form to see pictures and options side by side, or call 385-230-6303 for a guided walk-through.

The Easy Way to Compare Taylorsville Party Bus Rentals
The simplest answer: you're not limited to one company's fleet. Because Partybussaltlakecity.com connects you to a wide network of transportation providers serving Taylorsville and Salt Lake County, you get real options — different vehicle types, different packages, different price points — all from one form or one phone call. There's no account to create, no obligation when you get a quote, and no waiting until business hours.
The online tool works any time, any day, and returns pricing in under 30 seconds.
That matters most when timing is tight. Salt Lake City's event calendar is genuinely dense — Jazz playoff runs, REAL Salt Lake matches at America First Field in Sandy, summer amphitheatre season at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre, and Sundance Film Festival traffic in January all put serious strain on transportation availability. Booking through a network rather than a single operator means you're seeing what's actually open on your date, not just what one company has left.
Call 385-230-6303 any time or use the online form — and compare your options in about a minute.
Group Transportation Options in Taylorsville
From airport shuttles to wedding transportation, concert shuttles, game-day buses, bachelorette party buses, prom rentals, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever occasion is moving your group, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it. Call 385-230-6303 to get matched with the right option for your date!

Taylorsville Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) (776 N Terminal Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84122) sits roughly 11 miles north of Taylorsville via I-215 West and I-80 West — about 20 minutes in light traffic, but considerably longer during the morning rush on I-215 or when westbound I-80 backs up near the Bangerter Highway interchange. The new terminal, which opened in phases starting in 2020, consolidates all arrivals into a single building, which simplifies curbside coordination — but commercial ground transportation picks up from the designated Ground Transportation Center on Level 0 of the parking garage, not from the main curb. Have your full group assembled with luggage before the vehicle moves to that zone.
For large groups flying in for a ski trip, a corporate retreat, or a wedding weekend, a charter bus handles the luggage-bay math that rideshare can't — no splitting a party of 30 into eight separate cars, no lost passengers, no waiting for surge pricing to settle at midnight. Read the SLC airport shuttle guide for more detail on the pickup process, or call 385-230-6303 to get a quote for your group's arrival or departure transfer.

Taylorsville Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Taylorsville bachelorette party typically heads one of two directions: downtown Salt Lake City for the bar and club circuit along 200 South and Broadway, or Park City for a mountain-town night out about 35 miles east on I-80. Both work well with a party bus — and both are a logistical headache without one. Downtown SLC parking on a Friday night runs $15–$25 in surface lots near the Gateway District, and Park City's Historic Main Street has essentially no parking for groups arriving by car after 8 p.m.
A Salt Lake City bachelorette party bus rental seating 20 to 30 people keeps the group together from the first stop to the last, with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound built in for the ride itself. Popular SLC stops include Whiskey Street (323 S Main St), Bar X (155 E 200 S), and The Westerner Club (3360 S Redwood Rd) — which happens to be right in Taylorsville's own backyard. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus typically run $275–$375.
Call 385-230-6303 to lock in your date.

Taylorsville Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Taylorsville has a large and tight-knit Latino community, and quinceañera celebrations here regularly pull 80 to 150 guests across multiple venues — a reception hall, a church, and a family gathering point — sometimes all on the same day. Coordinating that movement across three locations without a dedicated bus means guests arriving in waves, parking that doesn't exist, and a schedule that falls apart by 7 p.m. A charter bus or a fleet of minibuses solves all three problems at once.
For Sweet 16s and milestone birthday nights heading to dinner and a venue tour, a Salt Lake City birthday party bus seating 18 to 28 is the right size for most Taylorsville groups — enough room for the group, with the LED lighting and sound system that make the arrival feel like an event. Weekend rates for an 18-passenger party bus run around $275–$400 per hour. Use the online form to compare available vehicles on your date, or call 385-230-6303 for a quote built around your exact itinerary.

Taylorsville Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest outdoor concert venues in the Salt Lake metro are both south of the city — and both present real parking headaches on sold-out nights. Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre (2200 W 7800 S, West Jordan, UT 84088) sits just a few miles southwest of Taylorsville and is one of the closest major venues to the city for Taylorsville residents. The venue holds 20,000 and general parking fills fast on big-name nights; rideshare pickup areas back up for 45 minutes or more after last call.
A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the venue entrance and handles the post-show exit — no waiting in the rideshare queue, no circling the lot. Read the full Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre bus guide before your show date.
For arena shows at the Delta Center downtown (301 S Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101), parking near the arena runs $20–$40 on event nights, and westbound I-15 can crawl for a solid 30 minutes after the doors empty. A Taylorsville concert party bus keeps the whole group on one ride — there and back — and picks everyone up curbside when the show ends. Call 385-230-6303 to check availability on your date.

Taylorsville Corporate Event Transportation
Taylorsville sits at the crossroads of I-215 and Bangerter Highway, which puts it within a reasonable shuttle distance of downtown Salt Lake City's convention hotels, the Salt Palace Convention Center (100 SW Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101), and the tech corridor running south toward Draper and Lehi. For companies shuttling employees between a Taylorsville office park and a downtown conference or awards event, a minibus running $200–$250 per hour on a weekday is usually the right fit — enough capacity to move a team in one trip, with easy navigation on surface streets when I-15 is congested.
For larger all-hands events or multi-day conferences where staff are flying into SLC from multiple cities, a full-size charter bus handles the airport-to-venue-to-hotel loop without asking anyone to figure out rideshare at the end of a long day. The Salt Palace has designated motor coach drop-off and pickup on 200 South — confirm current access with the venue when you finalize your itinerary. Call 385-230-6303 any time for a corporate shuttle quote; group rates and multi-day packages are available.

Taylorsville Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, graduation parties, and neighborhood block events all eventually run into the same problem: too many people, not enough parking at the destination, and someone always gets separated from the group. A Salt Lake City private event bus rental through this network keeps everyone on one vehicle and on one timeline.
Taylorsville groups heading to outdoor summer events — the Utah State Fair at the State Fairpark (155 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City) in September, or the Fourth of July fireworks at Taylorsville Dayzz at Taylorsville Veterans Memorial Park — deal with roads that close, parking that fills two hours early, and rideshare pricing that triples after the event ends. A private charter bus locks in one pickup and one drop-off at a predictable flat rate, so the only thing your group has to figure out is where to eat afterward. Call 385-230-6303 to discuss a custom package for your event date.

Taylorsville Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Taylorsville High School's prom typically falls in late April or early May, right when demand for party buses across Salt Lake County spikes hardest. Every high school in the valley — Cottonwood, Murray, Granger, West Jordan, Bingham — runs prom within roughly the same six-week window, and vehicles book out fast. For Taylorsville prom: lock in your bus by January or you will face premium pricing and a much smaller vehicle selection by March.
Waiting costs real money. A 25-passenger party bus booked in December might run $275–$375 per hour on a weekend; the same vehicle booked two weeks before prom — if it's still available — could run $375 or more with limited choice of what's left. A Salt Lake City prom party bus rental through this network makes it easy to compare sizes and packages in one place.
Call 385-230-6303 the moment your group's date is confirmed and headcount is set.

Taylorsville School Event & Field Trip Transportation
For teachers and administrators coordinating field trips out of Taylorsville, the logistical math is straightforward: a charter bus or minibus handles the whole group in one vehicle, with overhead storage for backpacks and lunchboxes, and climate control for Utah's temperature swings between October and April. Popular destinations close to Taylorsville include Natural History Museum of Utah (301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108) on the University of Utah campus — about 15 miles east — and Tracy Aviary (589 E 1300 S, Salt Lake City) in Liberty Park.
For longer educational trips to Utah State Fairpark events or overnight science camp runs up Millcreek Canyon, a full-size charter bus with onboard restrooms keeps pit stops off the agenda entirely. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 385-230-6303 to build out a school trip package, or use the online form to see vehicle options and sizes in under 30 seconds.

Taylorsville Sporting Event Transportation
Three of the Salt Lake area's biggest sports venues — the Delta Center, America First Field, and Maverik Center — are all within 10 to 15 miles of Taylorsville, and all three have the same problem on event nights: parking that is either expensive, far away, or both. The Delta Center has no dedicated fan parking lot — attendees use surrounding garages that fill well before tipoff, with rates ranging from $15 to $40 depending on the garage and how early you arrive. America First Field in Sandy has on-site lots, but they sell out for RSL playoff matches and NWSL games well in advance.
A Salt Lake City sporting event party bus skips the parking equation entirely. Your group loads up in Taylorsville, rides together, and gets dropped at the gate. After the final whistle, the pickup is already arranged — no one is circling a garage at 10:30 p.m.
Read the dedicated venue guides for Delta Center, America First Field, and Maverik Center for specific drop-off and parking details before your game day. Call 385-230-6303 to get a quote for your group.

Taylorsville Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Salt Lake Valley weddings typically involve at least two locations — a ceremony site and a reception venue — often separated by 20 to 40 minutes of driving. When your guest list hits 80 or more people, asking everyone to carpool or rideshare between venues on their own creates a gap of 30 to 45 minutes between the end of the ceremony and the start of cocktail hour that you didn't plan for. A Salt Lake City wedding shuttle bus rental closes that gap by running a continuous loop between a hotel block, the ceremony, and the reception.
Popular Taylorsville-area wedding venues include Sleepy Ridge Golf Club in Orem (about 35 miles south), Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, and several reception halls along the Bangerter Highway corridor. A 35-passenger minibus running hotel-to-venue loops typically works well for groups of 60 to 100 guests. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party separately on the same day.
Weekend minibus rates run $200–$275 per hour. Call 385-230-6303 to build a wedding transportation timeline around your ceremony and reception schedule.

Taylorsville Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Utah's liquor laws are unique, and so is its wine and craft beer scene — but it has genuinely grown over the last decade. The Sugar House neighborhood in Salt Lake City (about 9 miles northeast of Taylorsville) has become the hub for local craft breweries, with Squatters Pub Brewery (147 W Broadway, SLC), Red Rock Brewing Company (254 S 200 W, SLC), and Uinta Brewing (1722 S Fremont Dr, SLC) all within a short driving radius of each other. Planning a pub crawl across three or four stops means three or four separate parking situations — none of which are easy on a weekend night in those neighborhoods.
A Salt Lake City winery tour bus rental keeps the group together between every stop, stages nearby while you're inside, and handles the return trip back to Taylorsville when the evening wraps. A 20- to 25-passenger party bus is the right size for most crawl groups. Weekend rates run $275–$375 per hour.
Use the online form to check availability and compare options, or call 385-230-6303 to put together a custom multi-stop itinerary.

What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is built around the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, a sound system, and a bar setup make the bus part of the event. A charter bus is configured for travel comfort, with forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage bays for luggage. Party buses typically seat 15 to 50; charter buses seat 40 to 56.
For a concert crawl or bachelorette night, a party bus is usually the right fit. For a ski group transfer to Snowbird or an airport run with lots of gear, a charter bus makes more sense.
Can a bus pick up in Taylorsville and drop off in Park City or Provo?
Yes. Transportation through this network covers all of northern Utah, including one-way and round-trip transfers between Taylorsville and destinations like Park City (about 35 miles east on I-80), Provo (about 45 miles south on I-15), and the Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude — all roughly 25–35 miles from Taylorsville via Wasatch Boulevard). Multi-stop and multi-day itineraries are available.
Call 385-230-6303 to put together a custom package.
Are there vehicles available for groups larger than 56 passengers?
Yes. For large corporate shuttles, convention transfers, or events with 100 or more attendees, the network can accommodate multi-bus solutions — multiple charter buses running in coordinated loops, for example. Call 385-230-6303 to discuss fleet pricing and logistics for large-group events.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, two to four months in advance gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For peak demand periods — prom season (April–May), Utah Jazz playoff runs, Sundance Film Festival (late January in Park City), and summer amphitheatre season (June–September) — book three to six months out. Prom in particular is the tightest window in the Salt Lake County market: Taylorsville High and a dozen neighboring schools all hold proms within six weeks of each other, and vehicles go fast.
For prom: book by January. Waiting until spring typically means higher rates and fewer options. Call 385-230-6303 the moment your date is confirmed.
Popular Taylorsville Party Bus Destinations
Taylorsville sits at the center of Salt Lake County, which means nearly every major venue in the metro is within 30 minutes. Here are six destinations your group is most likely heading to — and what you should know about getting there by bus.

Delta Center
The Delta Center (301 S Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) is home to the Utah Jazz, Utah Mammoth, and a full arena concert calendar. It seats 18,300 for basketball and hosts major touring acts year-round. There is no dedicated fan parking lot attached to the arena — attendees use surrounding downtown garages, and rates on event nights range from $15 in surface lots several blocks away to $40 in the closest structures.
Westbound I-15 after a 9:30 p.m. tipoff can take 45 minutes to clear. A Taylorsville party bus drops your group at the arena entrance and picks everyone up curbside after the final buzzer — no garage hunting, no I-15 crawl. Read the full Delta Center bus rental guide before your visit.
Phone: (801) 325-2500

America First Field
America First Field (9256 State St, Sandy, UT 84070) is home to Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC, with a capacity of 20,213. On RSL playoff nights and sold-out NWSL matches, the on-site lots fill before kickoff, and State Street southbound backs up significantly after the final whistle. The closest TRAX light rail station is Sandy Civic Center, a walk from the stadium, but the train fills fast after big matches.
A charter bus from Taylorsville — about 9 miles south on Bangerter Highway or I-15 — drops your group at the stadium entrance and picks up after the match without fighting State Street traffic. The full America First Field transportation guide has drop-off and parking detail. Phone: (801) 727-2700

Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre
Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre (2200 W 7800 S, West Jordan, UT 84088) is the Salt Lake Valley's largest outdoor concert venue, holding 20,000 people across lawn and reserved seating. It sits just a few miles southwest of Taylorsville, making it one of the closest major venues for residents here — but proximity doesn't solve the post-show rideshare queue, which routinely backs up 45 minutes after the last song. General parking fills on big-name nights, and cash is not accepted at the lots.
A party bus or charter bus handles the round-trip in one vehicle, dropping your group at the venue and picking up curbside after the show. See the amphitheatre bus guide for specific drop-off information. Phone: (801) 562-8800

Maverik Center
Maverik Center (3200 S Decker Lake Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119) is the primary mid-size arena in the Salt Lake metro, seating 12,000 for hockey and concerts. It hosts Utah Grizzlies ECHL games, regional touring acts, and family events year-round. The arena has on-site parking — around 3,300 spaces — but it fills on sellout nights, and Decker Lake Drive backs up after events as everyone exits at once.
Taylorsville is roughly 5 miles east on 3500 South or via I-215. A minibus from Taylorsville is an easy, short trip that skips the parking scramble entirely. Read the Maverik Center bus rental guide for drop-off specifics.
Phone: (801) 988-8000

Red Butte Garden Amphitheatre
Red Butte Garden Amphitheatre (300 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108) is an open-air venue tucked into the foothills of the University of Utah campus, with a capacity of around 2,800. It's one of the most scenic concert settings in the region — and one of the trickiest for groups arriving by car. Wakara Way is a single access road, parking on the University of Utah campus near the venue is limited and requires advance purchase, and rideshare pickups frequently circle the Research Park loop looking for the right drop point.
A charter bus to Red Butte Garden eliminates all three problems. Drop-off uses Wakara Way near the garden entrance — confirm current commercial vehicle access with the venue when you finalize your date. Phone: (801) 585-0556

Utah State Fairpark
Utah State Fairpark (155 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116) hosts the Utah State Fair each September, as well as a rotating calendar of swap meets, trade shows, craft fairs, and community events throughout the year. The fairgrounds sit just north of the I-15/I-80 interchange, about 12 miles north of Taylorsville. On State Fair weekends, 1000 West and North Temple see heavy foot and vehicle traffic, and on-site parking fills early in the day on busy afternoons.
A charter bus or minibus drops the group at the Fairpark entrance and handles the return — no one fights the post-fair I-15 merge alone. See the Utah State Fairpark transportation guide for logistics detail. Phone: (801) 538-8400
